Every design begins with a brief introductory phone introduction (No Charge).  This is you opportunity to tell us a little about your design goals and challenges, in addition to asking any questions about our design process.

CONSULTATION:

The consultation is the first official step towards our design process. Consultations typically take up to two hours so please plan accordingly.  We begin with a tour of your home. This is your time to ask any questions and share your vision for each room.  We may offer general concepts and ideas along the way to inspire you.  After viewing the home, we want to get to know you better.  We will ask a series of questions to gain a better understanding of your style, how each space needs to function, your budget, timeline and objectives.  Once we establish which areas you want to focus on, your designer will take photos and measurements. Within 48 hours, an estimate and design agreement will be emailed to you with an itemized list of rooms and/or objectives that were discussed during the consultation.  You may pay as we go or in one lump sum.

DESIGN DELIVERABLES:

Every client and project is unique.  We will personalize a design plan to keep you on task and informed every step of the way.  Our design process is unique in that it is a one-on-one collaborative process.  We schedule a series of phone calls and hit each objective one by one until you feel confident moving forward with construction plans and/or purchases.  Phone calls can be scheduled in one or two hour increments.  The process moves at you pace so the faster you make decisions, the faster the design will be completed.  Keep in mind, shipping delays and busy contractor schedules may impact the timeline as well.
